Notes:

Your CSQA Candidate Number is the 7-digit number in the order number provided on your enrollment receipt. Eg. ORD1234567
Once submitted, your request may take up to 3-5 business days to be reviewed and approved. An email will be sent to you if any additional clarification or supporting information is required.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, upon approval, a digital copy of your certification will be sent to the email address listed in your Candidate profile.
Once approved, employers can validate your CSQA certification status using the CSQA Verification Tool.
Certification Qualification Requirements:
- A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent) + 3 years of customer service related experience;
- OR: a Bachelor’s degree (or the global equivalent) + 1 year of customer service related experience.
