Is there a specific order I have to take the courses?

The certification curriculum was designed to layer in concepts in a a specific order to ensure that the applicable knowledge and skills are delivered as intended. The suggested course order is as follows:

  1. Foundations of Process Improvement
  2. Customer Service Essentials
  3. Project Management Fundamentals

Can I skip a course if I have already taken a course that covers the course content?

To ensure CSQA candidates receive quality content and relevant knowledge that aligns with our primary goal of the certification – to help you establish a versatile career foundation to build a successful career upon, courses taught by other educational providers cannot be used as a substitute to any of the three courses.

Can I sign up for all three courses at once?

Yes, registration is not only available for all three courses at once, candidates will also save $ 60 as part of the Committed Enrollment Discount package.

What qualifies as service experience required to obtain the certification?

Service experience must be directly involved within the service based industry or in a strategic/analytical based role supporting a service based business segment.

What is the required passing grade for each end-of-chapter test?

CSQA candidates must obtain a minimum grade of 70% in order to pass each end of chapter tests.

How do I submit my request to obtain the right to use the CSQA designation after meeting all the requirements?

Upon completing the three courses, a link will be sent to your email with instruction on how to submit your work experience along with the final CSQA application.

How does the CSQA guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, simply contact us at [email protected] to request a full refund within 30 days after the date on which you paid the enrollment fee.

The only requirement is that we ask you to provide a reason for the refund.

Your total investment towards becoming a Certified Service Quality Associate is $ 375 USD through the individual course registration process. However, the Committed Enrollment Discount package provides a discount for $ 315 USD when candidates register for all 3 courses up front.

Each course must be completed within one year of enrollment.

Candidates have the flexibility to take up to three years to earn the CSQA designation.

Cmust have obtained the required work experience before being awarded the CSQA designation. However, customer service experience may be obtained before, during, or after the completion of the CSQA program.

QUALIFICATION METHOD #1:

  • A secondary degree.
    (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
  • + 5 years of customer service related experience.

QUALIFICATION METHOD #2:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent.
  • + 3 years of customer service related experience.

Upon request, candidates may request a six month extension to a course enrollment period. An administrative fee of $ 55.00 USD will apply to each extension granted. Requests may be submitted here.

Yes, candidates who successfully complete the certification process will receive an official CSQA Institute physical certificate attesting to the formal achievement of becoming a Certified Service Quality Associate professional.

As a part of our efforts towards minimizing our carbon footprint, a physical copy of each textbook is not included with the enrollment of each course. However, a full PDF copy of the course textbook is available for download through the MyDashboard candidate portal. The course content is also presented in an organized manner through the MyDashboard Learning Management System (LMS) powered by the Thinkific platform.
